If I could give negative stars I would. Landmark properties has been aware of a mold problem in our daughter’s college apartment at Moontower for a month and they have done nothing about it. This management company hides behind the on-site “community leader” and their inept abilities to follow through with anything they say they are going to do to address the real concerns of their tenants. We have had no choice but to alert the local media. Preying on college students is not acceptable.

Extremely disappointed with the communication—or rather, the lack thereof—from this leasing office. We noticed a large crack forming in our garage ceiling and promptly reached out to have it assessed. Since then, only one person has come to look at it, but there has been no follow-up. It’s been months, and despite reaching out numerous times, the ceiling continues to cave in and is now nearly at the point of collapsing. I have left emails and voicemails, but received no response. When I called the emergency maintenance line listed as option #5 on their phone system, the person who answered said they don’t even work with ALPS. This is extremely concerning. We truly enjoy our home, but the careless management makes it increasingly difficult to do so. If you value communication and timely responses to serious maintenance issues, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a leasing office.

I am writing this review to formally express my concern regarding the non-refund of my $2,400 security deposit after vacating the property. I fulfilled all lease obligations, left the unit in good condition, and complied with the required move-out procedures. Despite this, the property management has failed to return my deposit within the time frame required by law. I have attempted to resolve the matter through direct communication, but have received no satisfactory response or justification. This behavior appears to be in violation of tenant rights and state security deposit laws. I strongly caution prospective tenants to be aware of this issue before entering into any lease agreement with this company.
