ALPS Optional Services Announcement

We’re excited to introduce three new optional, opt‑in services now available for ALPS‑managed homes. These programs are designed to reduce unexpected costs, improve tenant satisfaction, and provide consistent care through trusted vendor partners.

Prepaid Proactive Maintenance — $40/month

Provided by Shield Proactive Maintenance

One annual visit included
All 35 covered repairs completed at no cost (no trip fees)
Additional covered items may be requested before or after the visit
Helps maintain long‑term property health and consistent standards
Available for single‑family homes and duplexes only

Prepaid Pest Control — $20/month

Provided by Pest Share

Up to four treatments per year, scheduled as needed
On‑demand service for bedbugs, mites, weevils, fleas, ticks, mice, and cockroaches at no additional cost
Treatments guaranteed for 90 days

Annual Professional Property Walkthrough (technically not new to ALPS)— $150

Provided by OnSight Pros

Full walkthrough with photos and notes
Reviewed by your management team for code compliance, tenant compliance, and maintenance follow‑ups
Helps you stay informed and confident in repair and tenant decisions
Not a licensed inspection for sale purposes
If you are already participating in the survey program you do not need to sign up again.

Enrollment Deadline

Please respond by July 27th to activate services starting in August. Sign‑ups after that date are still allowed, but your prepaid maintenance visit may be scheduled later in the rotation.
