- All of your maintenance needs will be handled efficiently.
If you’re a current tenant, log in to your portal to make an online rent payment, review payment history, or schedule automatic payments.
When you have an emergency in your rental home, call us right away at 512-794-8171. Emergencies include uncontrollable leaks or running water, an electrical short circuit, and/or the smell and presence of gas, fire, carbon monoxide, or smoke. If someone needs medical attention, always call 9-1-1 first. Non-emergency urgent issues may also be reported to the emergency line but may not be handled immediately as an emergency.

When you’re ready to view our rental properties, check out our listings. If you find something you like and you think you’ll qualify for it, contact our leasing agents to schedule a showing.
Tenant Application Criteria and Requirements
We require all rental home applicants age 18 or older to submit an application. Income, employment, rental history, and criminal backgrounds will be verified.
The rental home you’re interested in will remain on the market during the approval process. So make sure you provide all the information we need, and be prepared to pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent as soon as you’re approved. We can provide you with a full list of our application policies. Applications are processed in the order received. So when you find the perfect rental property, don’t hesitate to complete your application right away. The security deposit is not required to apply for a home. Please include a copy of your ID with your application.

Our leases are from the Texas Association of Realtors, and they are designed to protect you and the property owner. We want to make sure everyone understands their expectations. Ask us for a sample lease agreement, and be sure you talk to us about any questions, concerns, or areas of confusion regarding your rental home.
