Each of our properties has its own unique Pet Policy, which is specified in the advertisement. Before you schedule a showing or submit a rental application, review the property’s pet policy to ensure your pets comply.

If a pet is allowed, the security deposit amount will increase by $300/pet and Tenant will pay a Pet Administration Fee (“Pet Fee”) of seventy five dollars ($75.00) per month for the first pet and ten dollars ($10.00) per month for any allowed pets.

The following dog breeds are never allowed:

Bull Mastiff
Canary Dog
Chow
Doberman Pinscher
German Shepherd
Husky
Pit Bull
Rottweiler
Wolf Hybrid

The vendors they sent have also been polite and professional. Every home can have small hiccups, but what matters most is being able to reach someone and get things addressed promptly — and ALPS has been great about that so far. We truly appreciate the responsiveness and coordination.

I submitted a maintenance request because of horrible AC odor and the response was "we can't do anything about it". It was the most shocking and incompetent statement I've ever heard. Their attitude is just outright terrible.
