I am writing this review to formally express my concern regarding the non-refund of my $2,400 security deposit after vacating the property. I fulfilled all lease obligations, left the unit in good condition, and complied with the required move-out procedures. Despite this, the property management has failed to return my deposit within the time frame required by law. I have attempted to resolve the matter through direct communication, but have received no satisfactory response or justification. This behavior appears to be in violation of tenant rights and state security deposit laws. I strongly caution prospective tenants to be aware of this issue before entering into any lease agreement with this company.
