Amid all the sad news concerning the coronavirus it is refreshing to get some good news. From the Austin American Statesman I read that San Francisco based AirTable will be opening an Austin office and employ 100 over the next year and half. The firm has a platform that allows businesses to build their own apps and has over 170,000 customers. AirTable considered Toronto and Seattle but choose Austin because of its pool of tech talent, being a center of creativity, and has a lot to offer in talent and culture.
With the current tumble in the stock market I rest comfortable in knowing that my residential rentals are doing very well. Now is a great time to own local Austin area residential rentals.
