Thank you for showing our properties. We appreciate your professionalism and efforts!
Our goal is to have every home in move-in condition for showings. However, some homes will be in a state of transition. The Property Manager/List Agent will have updated information for any ongoing projects. If you find any issues at our properties, please inform the Property Manager so we can take care of it!
Your clients may apply for properties and pay application fees on our website, using the link to the property listing in the available rentals area.
All properties offer a 30% leasing commission fee to Showing Agents of Tenants that lease our homes. The following must take place and all documents submitted to Property Manager for lease commissions to be paid:
1. The lease must officially commence with the Tenant paying all required fees, first month rent and deposit, and taking possession of the property.
2. Agent must provide the following to the Property Manager: 1) Lease commission invoice with Agent/Broker information, payment address, property address, Tenant name, rent amount and commission calculation. 2) W-9 for brokerage receiving the commission 3) Copy of buyer representation agreement showing matching lease commission that we are to pay (30%).
3. If agents would like to submit a Compensation Agreement Between Brokers, ALPS will sign the form. However, it is not a requirement with our company to have this completed. Please submit the form to mebert@alpsmgmt.com
